The Maharashtra Cyber Police arrested a man of Pune for alleged obscene phone calls and sending inappropriate news of the Minister of Cabinet Pankaya Munde.
According to the cyber police, Nikhil Bhamre (26), who works as a social media coordinator in the Maharashtra BJP office, filed a complaint on April 29, as DCP Sanjay Shintre states. The social media coordinator at the state level of BJP, Prakash Gade, reported Mr. Bhamre that the unknown man captured Mrs. Munde and advised him to approach the police and file a complaint. The accused, identified as AMOL Kale, 25, was detained from Bhosari in the Mahari in the Pune district after the police traced its position through the mobile number used for calls.
