When the violent protests were shaken by Nepal, the main Minister of West Bengal Mamata Banerjee called on people in areas bordering Nepal on Tuesday to maintain peace and avoid involvement in questions about the neighboring country.
“My request will be that everyone should maintain peace. We share a significant limit in Siliguri and Kalimpong with Nepal. No one should get involved because it is not our problem,” said Mrs. Banerje, while she was going on a three -day trip to North Bengal.

Now, if the Indian government tells us something, we can say something,” she said. CM added, “We will stay well if our neighborhood remains good.” She also advised journalists not to cheat to Nepal.

Darjeeling Superintendent Police, Praween Prakash, said the situation on the border with Nepal remains peaceful, with security forces deployed to prevent anti -social elements to enter India.
“We have set up checkpoints along the border in Panitanki, Khoribari and Pashupatinagar. Other forces have also been deployed to maintain law and order. The border is on our side of peace, but we maintain high vigilance with continuous hours,” said Sp.
Sir cannot be done in a hurry
