Liberation of all seven accused in the 2008 Malegaon case “destroyed the conspiracy of the congress to produce a false narrative about” Hindu terrorism “to stop the rise of the BJP and its leaders Narendra Modi and Amit Shah, and reassure Muslims,” BJP said on Thursday (July 31, 2025).
The party welcomed the court and demanded the apology of the former presidents of Sonia Gandhi and Rahula Gandhi. He was looking for compensation to those who were exempt and demanded that measures against those who participated in torture and falsely implies them. Among the accused were former deputy BJP Pragya Singh Thakur and Lieutenant Colonel Prasad Purohit.

“The accusations were framed, tortured”
“It was a well -calculated conspiracy of the Congress Party for the complete voting banking policy. We welcome the court’s decision that has shown that you cannot falsify the truth for too long; the truth has a mysterious custom to re -appear with alarming regularity,” said former Minister of Union and senior BJP Ravi.

‘Saffron Terror’
