
The Coffee Day Enterprises, promoted by the Entrepreneur of the Late VG Siddartha, was increased by Malavik Hegde, its CEO as the chairman of the company with immediate effect, the company said in regulatory filing.
Since 2019, Mrs. Hegde, the wife of Siddarthy, has been working as the CEO of the company since 2019.
She was also re -appointed as a company director for the whole time for another five years. “On the recommendation of the Committee on Nomination and Reward, the Council considered and unanimously approved the re -approved appointment of Mrs. Malavika Hegde as the director of the whole time (WTD) for the next five years effective 31 December 2025 in December 20, 2030,” according to BSE.
The Board of Directors also appointed Mrs. Hegde Chairman of Coffee Day Global Limited, a subsidiary of Coffee Day Enterprises, immediately effective. He is the director of the company all the time.
“Since 2008, Mrs. Hege has been actively involved in the group’s hospitality and has contributed to strategic leadership in the placement of the serai chain of resorts as premium brands. Since 2020, along with a capable team of professionals leads to turnover by solving debt problems and coffee brands, car and kios,” added.
This is followed by SV Ranganath, a former main secretary of Karnataka, who served as the chairman of society during the most important times.
Meanwhile, Coffee Day Enterprises reported the first quarter (FY26) revenues of 269 GBP, which is a year -on -year growth of 3%, while in the appropriate period a year ago it showed a net profit of 28 Crore compared to a net loss of 11 crore. So far, during the 2025 calendar, the company has plunged into revenues of 1,078 Crore.
