Chief Minister Kerala Pinarayi Vijayan was looking for the intervention of Prime Minister Narendry Modi to reconstruct the Directorate for Enforcement of Law (ED) with regard to the recent case of corruption recorded by the state alertness and the anti -corruption office against one of its officials in Kochi.
Vijayan, who addressed the media on Tuesday on the occasion of the fourth anniversary of the second democratic front (LDF), said there were previously different types of complaints against the central agency, including financial abuse.
“However, no one gave any evidence. Everyone knows that ED is involved in various types of activities. Now they have been caught by Ruda. This will affect the credibility of the agency. Even one respected religious leader has come out with his own experience.
Meanwhile, Mr. Vijayan said that the government would not interfere with the ongoing strike by accredited social health activists in state capital for better wages. The strike passed over 100 days. “There were steps to solve the problem earlier.
