The main Minister Andhra Pradesh N. Chandrababu Naidu assured the delegation of the federation of the Hotel and Restaurant Associations (FHRAI) and South India Hotels and Restaurants Association (SHRA) that the state government will expand all support to the hotel industry that examines opportunities in the state.
Naida, who addressed delegates who met him in his residence, said that Naida would be devoted to special incentives to invest in Andhra Pradesh, and noted that the state had tremendous potential for sector growth, and the government would create an advisory committee to facilitate investment. He said that the government was determined by the development of tourism and that hotels and restaurants played a key role in it.
Mr. Naidu said that there was a great opportunity for the development of tourism in Chittoor and Srisailam and that the government would give the ground to the construction of star hotels. In addition, plans were developed to support tourism in the east and west Godavari and Visakhapatnam in a large way, he added.
The meeting was attended by a special main secretary (tourism) Ajay Jain, secretary of Karthikey Mishhr, leader of the Association of Hotelier Tellangan Venkat Reddy, leader of the Association of Hotelier Tamil Nadu and GRT Hotels Natajan.
