New Delhi: On Friday, the Center announced extensive changes to the secretary level and covered key ministries such as finance, trade and aviation.
The appointment at the highest level included ArvinD Shrivastava, who was appointed Minister of Income, and Vumlunmang Vualnam, who will be a secretary of expenditure.
Shivastava, Carnataka Cadre Indian Administrative Service (IAS), is currently another secretary in the Office of Prime Minister and Vualnam, Ias Manipur officer Cadre, 1992, is a secretary of civil aviation.
The Cabinet (ACC) Committee also approved the appointment of another secretary of the Ministry of Business Affairs Anuradha Thakur as an officer for a special duty at the Ministry of Economic Affairs (DEA). In June, she will take over as a secretary after the supernatural insurance of Ajay Seth, said the Ministry of Personnel and Training. Thakur is an IAS officer from 1994 Batch Himachal Pradesh Cadre.

As a result, a new set of people would be at the Ministry of Finance who would work on the country’s economic and income plan. The appointment gains importance because they come in times of intensive uncertainty around the world after the US President has released a customs war. The Ministry of Trade is also working on a bilateral trade agreement with the US, along with the free trade agreements with the European Union and several other countries.
Another new participant in the Ministry of Finance is K. Moses Chalai, who will be a secretary at the Ministry of Public Enterprises. Chalai, an IAS officer of 1990 from 1990, is currently a secretary of the Secretariat of the Ministry of the Interior of the Ministry.
The Ministry of Trade will also win a new secretary because Rajesh Agarwal, currently another secretary, has been promoted to a special secretary and will take over as Secretary of September after Penzin Sunil Barthwal.
In other key appointments, the CEO of Foreign Trade Santosh Kumar Sarangi, IAS Odisha Kadra officer, was the 1994 Secretary of the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy. Sarangi would be replaced by Nidhi Khare, who was an additional fee in January as Secretary of Mnre. Khare is a secretary of the Minister of Trade Union for Consumer Affairs.

Samir Kumar Sinha, another secretary and CEO (acquisition), at the Ministry of Defense, will be the new secretary of the Ministry of Civil Aviation, because the current Secretary of Vualnam will move to the Ministry of the Ministry of expenditure.
Other key appointments include Manoj Govil, Secretary, Ministry of Expenditure, as Secretary (Coordination), Cabinet Secretariat instead of Vandana Gurnani, who was appointed Minister of Labor. Pallavi Jain Govil, CEO of hydrocarbons at the Ministry of oil and natural gas, will be another secretary of the Ministry of Youth at the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
Furthermore, in 1994, the IAS dose officer in Chhattisgarh cadre, Nidhi Chhibber, who currently serves as another secretary, was appointed by this officer in a special duty, at the Ministry of Food Processing in the rank and payment of the secretary of the Indian government. The Chhibber will take over as a secretary, the Ministry of Food Processing after the remuneration of Subrat Gupt of the current Secretary 31.
