In the large administrative transmission, Tushar Giri Nath, IAS dose officer from 1993, was transferred from his position as the main commissioner Bruhat Bengalur Mahanagar Palike (BBMP). He was sent as another main secretary of the government, the city development department. But he will be the BBMP administrator.

He also saw charges of “theft of voter data” that created a political storm. On November 16, 2022, BBMP stated in a press release that it canceled the permission granted Chilume Educational Cultural and Development Trust, a non -governmental organization to conduct a house to help to create awareness of the systematic education of voters and the participation of election participation (skeep) for alleged gathering personal data from the public.
