
MBBS student of the third year was gangrapened by two of her classmates and one of their friends in the Mahara.
The accused persons raped the survivors after the beverage pronounced, the police said on Friday. They arrested three accused, who come from Pune, Solapur and Sangli.

Delhi HC provides a predictive bail to rape the accused
In another report, Delhi High Court granted a predictor to a person accused of rape of a girl and said that it was not a “common case” where relief could be rejected with regard to the seriousness of the crime.
The minor girl claimed that her mother’s uncle’s girlfriend had developed physical relationships with her after falsely promised to be herself, resulting in a child’s pregnancy and childbirth in December 2024.
The company against the accused was registered at the beginning of this year, according to Section 376 (rape) of the Indian Criminal Code and the relevant provisions on the protection of children from the Sexual Crime Act.
The defendant who rejected all the accusations claimed that the girl was an illegal immigrant from Bangladesh and her mother uncles were involved in several cases of counterfeiting birth certificates and passports.
The accused also said that because he had never had any sexual relationship with the girl, he was willing to give his blood sample to DNA analysis.
