The divisional bench of the Madras High Court on Tuesday remained in operation at the decision Chennai Meto Rail Limited (CMRL) on Whites Road in Royapetah in Royapetah.
Justices SM Subramaniam and K. Rajasekar have given the interim stay according to a written appeal, which favored the Aalayam Kappom Foundation and ordered a notification that can be returned within four weeks, UIIC. The stay was awarded after the leader of the PS Raman advisor said that CMRL wanted to continue his plan to get UIIC land.
