Minister of School Education Madhu Bangarappa hit Raghanendra in response to his accusation of his Congress leaders harassed government officials in the name of transfers.
Madhu Bangarappa, who spoke to reporters here on Saturday, said any decisions that the Minister responsible for the Shivamogg district was adopted was in the interest of people in the district.
“Do not decide in favor of any political party. The decision is in the interests of people. I know that BJP and his brother dealt with money in the name of transfers when their father was the main minister,” he said.
Mr. Madhu Bangarappa said his government was determined to protect the interest of people who were displaced by the Sharavati project.
He said that the state cabinet decided to re -accept the survey, according to the instructions of the high command of the party. The survey would be carried out at the specified time, he added.
