Rohit Khanna, director of the public health network in LV Prasad Eye Institute, Hyderabad, was re -elected as the regional chairman of the southeastern area of the International Blind Prevention Agency (IAPB). This role will cooperate with the parties in the whole region, in coordination with IAPB Global Office to support universal eye health and strengthen efforts at regional and national level to prevent blindness and visual impairment according to the press release.
