Lulu Mall became the owner of the husband Mall, where he launched his tenant as a tenant a few years ago. Law Law Tribunal (NCLT) -Lenkahyderabad on Thursday (April 10, 2025) approved the plan of resolutions of international shopping centers in Lulu to take over the husband’s shopping center in Kukatpally.
Lulu Mall has launched his business operations from the Mall Manjeer on the basis of rent. With Manjeer Mall, promoted by the leader of BJP Industrials G. Yoganand, unable to repay loans, his financial creditor declared his loans to the husband.
NCLT admitted the application and ordered the process of solving the insolvency solution of enterprises against the husband. He was finally appointed an expert in the resolution to supervise the process. Forty -nine captains competed to get the husband Mall, which had a Crore 317.30 GBP as excellent fees.
Lulu International Shopping Mall, which offered a plan for a resolution with Crore 318.42 GBP, was adopted by the creditors’ committee and NCLT approved it.
