
Lulu It Twin Towers, developed by Lulu, will be launched in SmartCity in Kakkanad on Saturday 28 June 2025. Main Minister Pinaraya Vijayan will start the project.
The IT complex, developed with an investment of 1,500 GBP crore, includes two identical towers with 30 floors. The project includes 12.74 acres. Together, the twins have an area of 3.5 million square feet with 2.5 million square feet available for rent. According to the communication, the project is presented as a center prepared for the future and businesses controlled by AI.
The project can accommodate more than 30,000 experts. According to communication, the group is aimed at creating more than 50,000 professional jobs through LULU IT PARKS in the next three years.
The certified green building Leed smoothly integrates sustainability with modern design in the workplace. The towers are equipped with 67 high -speed elevators and 12 escalators to ensure smooth internal mobility. Extensive floorboards ranging from 37,000 to 45,000 square feet offer flexibility for contemporary workspaces.
Helpad was also set up in the complex. A fully automated robotic parking system with 3,200 robotic and 1,300 conventional parking spaces, which can hold a total of 4500 vehicles on three levels.
Other features of the project include food court with 2,500 seats, grammar school, crèche, banking services, lounges, kiosků, 600 -seater conference halls, hiking trails, gardens and sitting areas in the open air, according to the road.
