The local government department decided to regulate the violation of the rules of buildings in the construction of the Hall Life Care buildings in the capital. The government approved exceptions with regard to the fact that the Hll is an enterprise of the public trade union sector, which was established to serve the general public. The Chairman and CEO of the HLL previously submitted an application for office buildings pursuant to Rule 3 (4) of the rules of building constructions Kerala 2019.
The previously reported violations included a lack of sufficient car parking or two -round parking space, insufficient space behind the building and problems related to the re -use and recycling of water. According to standards, the desired obstacle behind the building should be at least 5 m, but only 3.6 m of failure was provided. With regard to the area of the building, the parking space must have space for parking 91 cars and 337.83 square meters for two wheels. However, only 45 cars and an area of 316 square meters were provided for parking two wheels.
