“I feel that the first match is very important to me. I played one training match, but in cricket, when you get two to three -month gaps, no matter how much you practice until you play a match, confidence doesn’t build up,” Deep told reporters.
28 -year -old man is also set to his return T20, which last played for Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) Last year against the Indians in Mumbai (Mi) at the Wankhede stadium. Although Deep had been gone for some time, he said he was confident enough to stand on the field.
“Jersey is changing, but the player remains the same and I really enjoy time with this franchise. I haven’t been with the team for a long time because of the injury, but I feel quite confident,” Deep said.
“As an individual, you should believe in your process and focus on this process. The easier you keep your game, the easier it will work. For this type of tournament, it becomes self -confidence for players,” Deep added.
Super giants had their fair share in the rise and falls in IPL 2025. They are located sixth in the table with two points and a net speed of -0.150 thanks to victory in one of the three games. Their captain, Rishabh Pant was not in the best form and scored only 17 runs on average 5.67.
