Sarah Snook, known for her role, won Tony Award for the leading actress in the game for her tireless work in the picture of Dorian Gray.
“That means so much for a little Australian girl,” said Snook, who plays all 26 roles in her game.
Purpose actress Kara Young wrapped the main actress in Play Trophy for her work in the best game of the year. With this trophy, she became the first black person to win two Tonys in a row.
Young is the first actor of a black woman to be nominated for Tony in four consecutive years, two of whom wrapped.
The actress thanked her parents, playwrights Branden Jacobs-Jenkins, her cast and director Phylicia Rashad. She called the Theater “Sacred Space and that connects us.”

Francis Jue, who won the best actor in the play in the game for his work in a yellow face, shared that he was gifted with a tuxedo who was wearing from another Asian actor who wanted him to carry him to Tonys.
“I’m just here because of the encouragement and inspiration of generations of amazing, deserving Asian artists who came in front of me,” he said. “For those who don’t feel visible. I see you,” he added.
As Malone won the best actor in the musical for the British import operation Minemeat: a new musical playing a woman of every performance. He hoped that his victory could be a powerful defense of the transition.
