Former FBI director James Comey hit a defective pose after being charged with the accused of lying to the US Congress. Comey was charged with President Donald Trump on his general prosecutor Pam Bondi to pursue Comey and other perceived political enemies.
Trump welcomed the accusation on Thursday as “justice for America!” Bondi, loyalist Trump and FBI director Kash Patel, a long -time voice critic of a Russian investigation, issued similar statements. “No one is above the law,” Bondi said.

In the video reported on Instagram Comey, he and his family have long known that the price of Trump’s position will be high, but they “could not imagine” that they live differently.
“We won’t live on our knees and you shouldn’t,” he told his followers of social media.
Comey remembered the quote – “Fear is a tool of tyrants,” he added: “My heart is broken for the Ministry of Justice, but I have great confidence in the federal court system and I am innocent. Let’s have a court.”
He said he wasn’t afraid, and asked us citizens not to be afraid, and instead of voting to hear their voices.
What did Comey’s lawyer say?
His lawyer, Patrick J. Fitzgerald, said in his statement: “Jim Comey denies the accusation submitted today. We look forward to defending him in the courtroom.”

If he was convicted, Comey could face up to five years in prison. They face accusations of false statements and the defending of congress investigation.
Trump-comy voltage dates back to campaign 2016
Trump and Comey have had an acrimonistic relationship since the beginning of the first term of office. Trump fired him as a director of the FBI day after Comey publicly confirmed that the president was investigated for the connection of his election campaign with Russia. Comey then became a prominent critic of the President and called him “morally inappropriate” for the office.
Comey’s fire led to the appointment of another former FBI chief, Robert Mueller, as a special advisor to take the probes of Russia, who discovered numerous contacts between campaign and Russian officials, but concluded that there was not enough evidence to create a criminal conspiracy.
Trump repeatedly attacked an investigation as “Witch Hunting”. His second administration tried to undermine the conclusions of the American intelligence and coercive agencies about Russian intervention in the presidential elections in 2016, in which Trump defeated the democratic opponent Hillary Clinton.
Trump’s attacks on political rivals and the importance of the Comey indictment
Trump threatened to imprison his political rivals since he first applied for the President in 2015, but Thursday’s accusations mean that the first time his administration managed to ensure a large jury against one of them.
Trump’s Ministry of Justice is also investigating other antagonists, including the General Prosecutor in New York, Letitia James and John Bolton, who served as President Trump as president. The fees violate the decade of long norms that have tried to isolate the US enforcement from political pressures.

The Federal prosecutor in Virginia, who was entrusted with monitoring the case last week after drawing Trump’s anger to express doubts about the case, and another in the office privately stated that the evidence does not deserve criminal charges, according to sources that are known to this matter.
Trump, who pushed the General Prosecutor Pam Bondi to prosecute Comey and other critics, celebrated the news. “Justice in America!” He wrote on social media. “He was so bad for our country, so long.”
