A leopard cub was found dead on the Kurnool-Ballary main road early Saturday morning. Foresters said the cub may have been hit by a moving vehicle while crossing the road.
Local farmers of Attekallu village in Aspari mandal found the carcass of the cub lying by the roadside and alerted the forest officials. They scanned the area and gathered preliminary details of the incident. According to initial reports, the leopard cub was hit by a vehicle while crossing the road, resulting in fatal injuries.
