After a massive online backlash over an alleged internal grooming document, eyewear retailer Lenskart issued a public apology and issued a standardized “Store Style Guide” that allows employees to wear religious and cultural symbols at work.
In a statement about X, the company said it publishes its guidelines and transparently addresses the concerns of its customers and the community.
