The Legislative Assembly Andr Pradesh approved a bill on the abolition of the Act on Evaluation of non -agricultural land (NALA) on Friday after a detailed discussion unanimously.
Minister of Income Anagani Satya Prasad explained the need for cancellation of the law and stated that it is aimed at improving the statement of the state in the field of easy business (EODB) and supporting overall economic growth.
He noted that development regulations have already been governed by various laws on the Office for Local and Urban Development, which makes the law unnecessary.
He stated that he stressed the calls caused by law and obtained permission to transform agricultural land for non -agricultural use, which became a cumbersome process, which forced the landowner to apply from the office to the office. Delay in approval, added, was often caused by officials involved in other tasks, resulting in unnecessary obstacles.
The law, said Mr. Satya Prasad, also caused a delay in the construction of buildings and industries, which eventually hampered the economic progress of the state. “The main Minister N. Chandrababu Naida has already announced at the collectors’ conference that this act will be canceled. According to his instructions, we bring this cancellation,” the Minister said.
After the meeting of the Assembly, it made a unanimous approval of the bill and marked the end of the law of NALA in Andhra Pradesh.
