The State Secretary of the CPI (M) MV Govindan said that the voting base of the left democratic front (LDF) in the Nilamburburg election district remains intact, despite the loss of elections.
He said that the united Democratic Front (UDF) gained less votes compared to the previous elections, which was contrary to the demands on the rise in public support of the opposition.
“It is not a constituency in which LDF was historically in the winning position.
He claimed that the left had entered the disintegration and knew chances. “Although we have lost, our performance shows that our political base is solid and growing. When PV Anvar attacked as an independent candidate in the past, the combined share of votes was higher. This time, without this political alliance, we still maintained strong figures.”
Mr. Govindan also reiterated that the secondary elections did not reflect the wave of anti-noncomcompatiate because the opposition could not effectively campaign on these issues. “If there was a real dissatisfaction with the state government, the number of UDF votes would increase and do not decrease,” he said.
The CPI leader (M), who claimed that the victory of UDF could be attributed to the support of minority municipal organizations, warned that the coalition led by Congress is reportedly used as election tools as election tools. The “Rainbow Alliance” of the municipal forces could have a serious social consequences in the secular state, such as Kerala, warned.
Treatment of shock to the government of LDF: Antony
The leader of the AK Antony Congress described the victory of UDF as “shock treatment of the state government” and said that the change of regime has already begun, not in office but in the hearts of the people.
“This is not an ordinary victory. Nilambur is an election district in which LDF won twice in a row. This result reflects a strong wave of anti-liner sweeping through the state,” he said.
He described the current LDF administration as only the government government and added: “Technically, Pinarayi Vijayan can stay in office, but politically and morally people have withdrawn their support.”
The echo of Mr. Antony, the former leader of the opposition Ramesh Chenninithal, noted that the Chief Minister of Pinarayi Vijayan no longer has a moral right to continue in power.
“This government was reduced to the administration cabinet. People rejected it clearly and completely,” Mediaperons said.
Chennithala called the election elections “semifinals” to the elections to the Kheral Assembly and stated that UDF has won in this fundamental overture and is now heading for victory in the “final”.
