With almost a year for the elections to the Assembly, the government of the left democratic front (LDF) is ready to transform its fourth anniversary of celebrations into a mass off -road event to show its achievements in the last four years.
The celebrations to be launched by the main Minister Pinarayi Vijayan in KasaraGod 21 are expected to be launched at 10 am, set the LDF campaign tone for the third consecutive term.
The Minister of Income K. Rajan will chair an inauguration function that will be held in the Calikkadava Maidan. Ministers Rosha Augustine, K. Krishhnankutty, Ak Sasendran, Kadannapply Ramacandran and KB Ganesh Kumar, representing different components of LDF, as well as all other ministers and representatives of LDF from the region.
The government has also expanded the invitations of the leaders of the opposition VD Satheesan and the Congress of Rajmohan Usthan.
The anniversary celebrations will be arranged with extensive programs in all districts from 21 April to 30 May. In all districts, meetings at the district and regional level will be held.
Exhibition and marketing fairs will also be organized in celebrations that will be closed in Thiruvananthapurama.
For the coordination of events, the district levels were created. The chairman of the district committees is the Minister responsible for the district coordination, while the district collector will be a general convent.
The District Level Meetings Attended By the Chief Ministry of Will be Held on April 21 in Kasaragod, April 22 in Wayanad, April 24 in Pathanamitta, April 28 in Idukki, April 29 in Kottayam, May 5 Kannur, May 12 in Malappuram, May 13 in Kozhikode, May 14 in Thrissur, May 22 in Kollam and May 23 in Thiruvananthapuram.
Five hundred invited persons will participate at the district level. At the meeting he will participate in the recipient of government programs, representatives of trade unions, youth, students, cultural and sports personalities, experts, industrialists, compatriots, influential persons in society and the community manager.
The anniversary celebrations will also be held a regional revision meeting in the presence of the main minister. Meeting for districts of Palakkada, Malappurama and Thrissur will take place in Palakkadu 8. A meeting for Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam and Pathanamitta will take place on May 15 in Thiruvananthapuram.
Meeting for districts of Kasaragod, Kannur, Wayanad and Kozhikode will be held in Kannura 26 May. Meetings for Ernakulm, IDUKKI, ALAPPUZHA and Kottayam districts will take place in Kottayam 29.
The information and public relations department will coordinate the exhibition and marketing fair. The infrastructure will be provided by the KERAL (KIIFB) Investment Fund. In addition to the ministry’s stands, there will also be stalls for the sale of various products.
Developmental and social activities and success of consecutive governments of LDF will be presented in the stalls of the department over the past nine years.
The fair will include food courts, art programs, book fair, agricultural exhibition and installation related to the activities of Harith Keral. This will also include a mini-door established by Kerala State Film Development Corporation.
