The left democratic front (LDF), TP Ramakrishnan, expressed concern on Monday that the legislature of the congress Rahul Momkootathily in the office despite several complaints of recurring sexually predatory behavior towards women would have a cold effect on alleged victims and traumatically discouraged to find justice.
Mr. Ramakrishhnan said at a press conference that the Ministry of Finance would not prevent the presence of Mr. Mamkootath in the assembly. “Mamkootathil is only a responsibility of Congress and does not deal with any discussion in LDF,” he said.
He said that, as Palakkad, Mr. Mamkootathil was technically entitled to his place in the house and had constitutional protection that Shamseer spokesman honored by sitting him as a separate block after disagreement from the Congress Legislative Party (CLP).
LDF would adhere to the law and did not try to resist the participation of Mamkootathil in the house. However, more questions of ethics, political decency and civic social values in the case of Mamkoothathil exceeded only technical issues concerning constitutionality.
Mr. Ramakrishhnan said that the congress and his partners of the Alliance have a moral obligation to clarify the message that the opposition focused on sending society, especially women and alleged victims, “silently”, which allows the alleged serial sexual deliveries to broadcast his political deck that comes with the chosen office.
He said that the congress management appeared deeply divided into a “mumotathilian problem”. “Several leaders, including women, demanded that they resigned as Palakkad MLA and face vicious cyber attacks. However, several other leaders did not touch whether Mr. Mamkootathil should continue as MLA and emphasized his constitutional right to participate in the assembly,” he said.
Mr. Ramakrishhnan said Mr. Mamkootathl overthrew the glove into the people by attending the assembly. “It is only natural that society will rise to protest,” he said.
Mr. Ramakrishnan rejected the accusation of extensive brutality and corruption to the police. He said that the UDF cherry cherry chose delayed and one -off incidents to curse the government. He stated that LDF would withstand any attempt to remove Kerala voters, and uses a special intensive revision of the voter list as an excuse.
The LDF meeting also decided to organize 23 September Vigily and the evening meeting of candles to protest Israel on Qatar. The main Minister Pinarayi Vijayan took part in the LDF meeting.
