Angmo also questioned the decision to trigger NSA against Wangchuku, which allows detention for up to 12 months, in its action filed through a higher lawyer Vivek Tankha and lawyer Sarvam Ritam Khare.

He was also looking for the directions to mention the Supreme Court “Detention Regulations together with the reason for the detention and all the records concerning them”.
He asked respondents to report to Wangchuk after an immediate consultation with the doctor in court.
“Stop the immediate harassment of Hial and its members/students who have not hurt and tirelessly work in favor of ecology,” said Předba.
Wangchuk’s message from prison
