
The official machinery is fully geared up for Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu’s three-day official visit to Kuppam Assembly constituency from January 30 to February 1.
Disclosing the schedule, District Collector Sumit Kumar said that on January 30, the Chief Minister is scheduled to arrive at the Agastya International Foundation campus in Gudupalle mandal to inaugurate the teacher training program building and lay the foundation stone for the student accommodation centre.
Later, Mr. Naidu is set to open a co-working space, library and skill development facility at Swarna Navadisha Center in Kuppam. The highlight of the opening day is the Chief Minister inaugurating the Kangundi Heritage Development Works and Bouldering Park in Kuppam Rural Mandal.
On January 31, Mr. Naidu is expected to attend the door-to-door distribution of pensions to beneficiaries under the NTR Bharosa scheme at Beggilipalle Panchayat in Gudupalle mandal.
Later, he will attend a public meeting of Praja Vedika at Thumsi village in Santhipuram mandal during which the Guinness World Record for distribution of e-cycles will be formally announced. The Chief Minister is also scheduled to visit exhibition pavilions showcasing various government initiatives.
On February 1, Naidu is scheduled to attend a party cadre meeting in Thumsi before concluding his visit to the district. The collector appealed to the public to cooperate with the district office and the police during the visit to avoid any inconvenience.
