Comic and satirist Kunal Kamra moved on Monday (April 7, 2025) to Bombay High Court and were looking for an urgent hearing to cancel the company about his “Gaddar” Jibe in their recent show, which allegedly indicated by the Minister of Eknath Mahashra.
The petition was mentioned before the division of the judges’ bench, the judiciary Sarang Kotwal and the SM modak from the main defense attorney Navroza SEEVOI. The bench agreed to grant an urgent hearing on Tuesday (April 8, 2025).
Attorney Seer’s attorney asked the bench to accept the petition for hearing because the artist faced many threats to death. He also stated that the temporary protection provided by the Madras High Court will expire today, and therefore it is an extreme urgency and serious concern.
