In a show of collective strength and sustainable agriculture, the Kudumbashree Mission has emerged as a key force in the Vishu market this season, ensuring availability of chemical-free fresh vegetables and fruits across Thrissur district.
Under the guidance of the Thrissur District Mission, Kudumbashree members successfully harvested the summer crops grown under the seasonal Vishu initiative. With a focus on preparing traditional Vishu kani using safe, locally grown produce, members have turned the fields into thriving sources of abundance despite challenging weather conditions.
