Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) working President KT Rama Rao demanded an apology from the leadership of the Congress to the inhabitant of Telangana for allegedly deceiving them by not promising according to the planned declaration of Castes (SC).
On Monday (April 14, 2025), Mr. Rao, in the Bhavan Telangana in Hyderabad, asked Monday (April 14, 2025): “What happened with Dalit’s promises?” He added that the President of the MALLIKARJUN KHARGE Congress, Chairman of United Progressive Alliance (UPA) Sonia Gandhi and Congress MP Rahul Gandhi should apologize to the people of the state.
The leader BRS claimed that the current expenditure under the main Minister A. Revant Reddy failed to observe the constitutional values assumed by Dr. Ambedkar. He said, “If the Constitution had an appeal system, the rule of Revanth Reddy would have ended.”
Former Minister of Koppula Eshwar said Telangana is the realization of the ideals of Dr. Ambedkara through the Constitution and pointed to the creation of Dalit Bandhu and Gurukul during the BRS mode. Another leader by the party, RS Poen Kumar, accused Congress and BJP of undermining the Constitution Dr. Ambedkara. “The same congress, which once caused Ambedkar Cry, is now pretending to follow his legacy,” he said.
The leader of the opposition of the legislative council G. Madhusudhan Chary repeated that the Constitution of Dr. Ambedkara gave Telangane the power to appear as a separate state. Previously, Mr. Rao and other BRS leaders received honors Ambedkara by Garland’s portrait.
