
Union activists Student Students Students undertook to the University headquarters on Tuesday to protest against a recent course trip.
The protest led by the President of the KSU district of GoPu Neyyar described the “disproportionate” increase in fees for receiving and certificate of capability for four -year university courses. The acceptance fee, which was previously £ 1,850, was raised to 2,655 GBP, while the fee for the capacity has increased from 210 to 525 GBP.
The KSU claimed that these hikes were implemented without prior warning and were approved during the recent Syndicate Meeting. The organization previously submitted a complaint to the Vice -Chair and demanded a refund of an increase in fees. The decision, as stated, will be increasingly in no more inaccessible to students.
Demonstrators who were blocked on their way to the syndicate room were forcibly removed by the police. Later they joined the requirements for distraction after the university officials to review the decision.
