
The State Vice President of the Keral (KSU) P. Muhammed Shammas turned to the Krala High Court, who claimed to try to sabotage the alertness and the anti -corruption office (VACB) to Corruption and Benami’s property and Benami’s property transaction.
Mr. Shammas, who filed a complaint against VACB six months ago, said that no measures have been taken and his statement has not been recorded.
The complaint was accompanied by documents and evidence concerning the alleged formation of Benami Mrs. Divya, awarding a contract worth several CRORES for the company and acquisition of real estate on behalf of her husband.
He argued that the probe was derailed after a high -level political intervention and pointed out that the former director of vigilance Yogesh Gupta, who recommended the registration of the case under preliminary investigation, was removed from office and later refused appointment as head of the state police.
According to Mr. Shammas, the inactivity was part of the “planned step at the government level according to the party’s decision” Shield senior Communist Party India (Marxist) (CPI (M)) and their relatives who could participate if a proper probe were made.
