KSRTC bags international award for excellent training

The Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) has received international and national recognition for its initiatives in employee training and public transport innovation.

In a statement, KSRTC said it was awarded the Golden Globe Tigers Awards 2026 in the ‘Excellence in Training’ category at a ceremony held on May 20 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The award recognizes the company’s structured training programs and transparent recruitment process. Over the past year, approximately 18,600 employees have been trained, which has contributed to improved organizational performance. The company also highlighted that its recruitment process from application to warehouse deployment has been streamlined to eliminate human intervention and ensure consistency.
