
According to Tuesday, Tuesport.com was filed against Krafton India, the manufacturers of the popular Battlegrounds Mobile India AKA BGMI, for allegedly selling user data on the telegram.
Mahashtra, based in Santosh Torane, claims breach of contract, breach of data and unauthorized sharing of companies, added the report.

According to the company registered by the Akluj Police in the Maharashtra’s SOLAPUR district in September last year, Torane claimed that in August 2021 he agreed to an online service agreement, from which Krafton and four of its managers violated the confidentiality provisions.
The complainant claimed that Krafton will monetize user data and sell it £2,000 to subscribers through unauthorized funds, the report said. The company was submitted within the IPC section of the 120-B criminal conspiracy, a section 420 cheating and violations of IT § 72, 72a and 85, he added.
The complainant moves the court, hearing 15 April
The complainant turned to the first class judge in Malsharas after the Police Akluj and Police Supervisor, Salapur, did not respond to complaints filed in November 2023. The court also ordered the Aklujská police to investigate a complaint under section 156 (3) of the Criminal Code (CRPC).
In response to this, Krafton turned to High Court Bombay looking for relief. JUSTICES SARANG bench in Kotwal and justice Dr. Neel Gokhale went through the petition and, according to the report, started hearing on April 15, 2025. He added that all orders of ad-interior were extended before.

In an official statement, Krafton said the publication: “In Krafton, the protection of personal data is most important for us and we are determined to comply with the highest data security standards. Since it is currently filed, we believe it is best to wait for the conclusion to come after which we provide any necessary clarification.”
