AFTER SENIOR CONGRESS LEADER RAHUL GANDHI’S ALLEGATIONS OF “VOTE THEFT” IN MAHADEVAPURA ASSEMBLY Constituration in the Bangalore Central Lok Sabha Seat, The Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) SEEKING INVESTIGATION INTO ALL VOTERS ‘LISTS OF 2024 LOK SABHA ELECTIONS IN ALL 28 PARLIAMENTARY ELEMENTS IN THE STATE.
The petition signed by the Secretary General of AICC KC Venugopal and Randeep Surjewala, the head of KPCC DK Shivakumar and the Chief Minister Siddaramaiah demanded that the CEO be provided to the public by digital, machine -readable election roles of all 28 Lok Sabha segments.

The Congress Head called the CEO to publish the findings of the investigation emphasizing suspicious voters who were added or deleted or replaced by voters. After Mr. Gandhi went to Delhi, Mr. Shivakumar and other party leaders visited the CEO of V. Anbukkmar and presented the memorandum.
Their other requirements included re -reviewing the impact of dubious voters on the final election results in all constituents.
Congress leaders demanded suspension, imposed a fine and punishment of all electoral registration officials and assistants of election registration officials who signed the “fraud” form 6.

Congress called “theft of vote” as “a very serious matter not only for Karnataka, but for the whole nation and excellent as a legitimate democracy in the world”.
The petition said “15% of all voters in the election district of one assembly in the 2024 LS elections were fraudulent.”
