All private buses in the Kozhikode district will be attended by an indeterminate bus strike, which is to take place from 22 July across the state, stated officials of the joint protest committee of private bus owners.
The Chairman of the KT Committee Vasudevan told reporters on Sunday (July 20) that their requirements included a tour in bus fare for students, easy restoration of limited and long-distance buses, a return of the law that requires a police check for bus crews and deposits through e-commegues.
Convention of the Committee of K. Radhakrishnan, treasurer TK Beeren Koya and vice -chairman M. Thulasidas flow part in the press meeting.
Meanwhile, the Kozhikode District Committee in Kerala Vyapas Vyavasayi Ekopana Samithi (Kvves) demanded that the state government hit and solve the problem before the start of the strike.
“Bus services in the state mostly ran with loss. The government should take steps to rescue the sector. Unlimited bus blow would adversely affect business and normal life,” said Samiti PK Babbu Haji, Secretary General V. Sunil Kumar, and Jiji K. Thomas in the press.
