The tribal Koya celebrated Gondi’s Day, observed on July 21st, in their dwellings who are currently facing displacement due to the Polavaram irrigation project in the Alluri Sitarama Raja district.
Near Chintor, tribal writers Koya meant Koitur Bata, NGOs, occasionally reciting poems, and emphasized the importance of maintaining the language of Koya.
The tribal writers Tellam Krishna and Mrs. Bheemamma interact with the young tribes Koya and shared their way in the field of literature.
On the border of Andhra Pradesh-Telangan in Yetapaka Mandal on the border of Andhra Pradesh-Telangan teachers and youth under the auspices of Adivasi Samkshem Parished (ASP) led by the ground Durga Reddi that the government teaches the language of Koya in government elementary schools.
