
A group of technology companies (GTE), representing 300 odd IT companies in Kerala, announced “GTE MARATHON 2026” as a state movement against drugs to show the obligation of a technological ecosystem to join the abuse of addictive substances.
The city will host the fourth edition of Marathon 15 February next year. The organizers expect the participation of more than 10,000 runners to become one of the largest marathons in the state. More than 7,500 participated in the previous edition.
Participants can now register and access events on the official website www.gtechmarathon.com. The aim is to promote a healthier and more conscious society in accordance with the campaign of the “Drugs Drugs”. “This is a meeting with more than one professional in IT in Kerala for a common purpose. As a responsible community, we are determined to discuss the questions that matter.
GTECH Marathon 2026 will present four categories of races-Half Marathon (21.1 km), 10 km run, 6 km run and a fun run 3 km. The event will be open to participants of all age groups and abilities.
