The facilities and workstations focused on the offer of job opportunities and programs for youth skills will be established at the level of Panchayat and Municipal in Ernacula as part of the project “Knowledge Keral”.
These devices will act as a support system that helps jobseekers and will provide them with appropriate training. The Knowledge Kerala project intends to create more opportunities for job applicants. There are plans to organize skills and placement programs. The project is carried out through Kerala Development and Innovation Strategic Council.
As part of the start of Ernacula programs, a council was created at the district level. The authorities hope that the project will have good opportunities in the district with regard to the presence of industrial and commercial units.
The District Council will take steps to create a three -stage system of persons related to the project. This will include key persons, persons of the district source and local resources.
As part of the project, the students of the last year in higher education institutions will be offered programs of increasing skills to help them ensure the location of the campus. Employees will be asked to register on the platform for the management of digital work forces developed as part of the initiative. The government hopes to help around one Lakh candidate to get jobs through the project.
