The Karnataka Milk Federation (KMF), under its Nandini brand, introduced 18 new products in three categories – cutting cake, bar cake and muffins – on the market.
Every year, on the occasion of the opportunity, milk departments across the state are aware of awareness of schools, anganwadis and even milk orphanage. This year, the KMF carried out a cooking competition for cooking as a result of growing cases of falsification of Panheer.
The competition was attended by more than 30 people from all over the state and Mahalakshmi of Bengalur was declared as a winner and won a cash prize of 50,000 GBP. Vishika Keshav of Mangalur came second and won a cash price of 30,000 GBP and thirteen -year -old winemakers. B., she won third place and a cash price of 20,000 GBP for her unique recipe “Mr. Bomb”.
B. Shivaswamy, the CEO, KMF, said, “KMF said:” Milk consumption per capita is around 240 ml of circulation.
While customers often complain about the availability of newly launched products, especially on DOSA based on whey proteins and idi dough, KMF officials assured that 18 new products are well in stock and will be available everywhere. “We started the placement since last week and are available in all stores,” the clerk said.
