“The Indian National Congress encourages the international community to understand and support the Indian attitude to terrorism coming from Pakistan,” he said.
Kharge’s remarks came after the development that Pakistan presided over by the Taliban Committee of the UN Security Council for 2025 and will be vice -chairman of the Committee on Terrorism in the UN.
“Pacistan is a perpetrator of terror. India is a victim of terror. They cannot be compared. They should not be joined,” Kharge said in a post on X.

The international community must see merit in the Indian case that Pakistan should be included back in the FATF Gray list to monitor its terrorist financing, said.
Kharge pointed out that Pakistan was first included in the gray list after the Indian diplomatic efforts under Prime Minister Manmohan Singh in 2008 and again in 2012.
He noted that it was three times in the gray list, the last being in 2018.
“Thanks to Pakistan responsibility for his sins, it is a necessity not only for India, but for the interests of the international community. It may be worth remembering that the most sought -after terrorist – Osama bin Laden, responsible for 9/11, was found and expelled in Pakistan. (Ksm).
“As a responsible opposition party, we would call on our government to take appropriate and determined diplomatic measures to dehyphenate India and Pakistan on the global scene,” he said.

Pakistan on Chairman 1988 Panel Sanction Taliban
