Congress Working Committee member Ramesh Chennithala alleged that the power cuts imposed on the people of Kerala during this extreme summer was due to the state government’s own negligence.
He said it is common knowledge that Kerala experiences intense summers in April and May, but the failure of the Kerala State Electricity Board (KSEB) to put in place adequate measures for power supply during this period is the height of irresponsibility.
