The Kerala High Court disposed of 1.09 million cases in 2025, a year-on-year increase of 6% compared to 2024 when it disposed of 1.02 million cases.
Justice PV Kunhikrishnan was at the top in disposals of cases, having disposed of 15,026 cases in 2025.
The number of pending civil cases in court is 2.07 million, of which 1.47 million are pending for more than a year. The number of criminal cases pending in court is 50,785, of which 34,835 are pending for more than a year.
