On Thursday, the Kerala High Court awarded the bail to the former news office (IB) Sukanth Suresh P., who allegedly participated in the suicide of his colleagues.
The accusation against him was that Mr. Suresh sexually used the victims under the promise of marriage and then came to commit it to commit the suicide she took on her life on March 24th. With his plaintiff he surrendered before the investigation officer 26 May.
IB ended it with service after charging against him.
Advisor Mr. Suresh, who described the accusation of prosecution as false, said he was in custody in the last 44 days and his further link would not serve any purpose. The prosecutor attacked the accusation as serious and stated that the materials collected during the investigation associated it with a crime. He further stated that at the time of the initial probe and that he could re -judge. In addition, Forensic Science Lab is expected to report on its mobile phone.
The justice bench that gives him the bail of Bech Kurian Thomas said that the main purpose of the investigation is over and there is no chance that it affects the victim or manipulates evidence. He said, awarding the bail of appropriate conditions to prevent him from escaping from justice.
