The 38th All India Postal Cultural Meet (AIPCM) 2026, organized by the Department of Posts and organized by the Karnataka Postal Circle, concluded in Mysuru after five days of vibrant cultural performances and healthy competition.
A total of 293 officials representing 21 postal circles from across India participated in the national level cultural event held from February 16 to 20 at the Postal Training Center (PTC) and Karnataka State Open University (KSOU) campus in Mysuru.

Based on the cumulative performance across various cultural events, Kerala Postal Circle secured the overall lead with 108 points, bagging 17 first prizes, four second prizes and one third prize.
Karnataka Postal Circle finished second with 105 points and bagged 34 prizes, including 16 first, 14 second and four third prizes.
Odisha Postal Circle secured the third position with 38 points and bagged a total of 11 prizes, according to the organizers.
Several participants showed outstanding performances across the categories.

Among the winners, Durga Ram S., Sreehari VR and Theertha Prakash from Kerala bagged three awards each in three events. Charmi S. from Karnataka won four awards in four events. Abhimanyu, Pratham KR, Punyashree DM, Shambhavi Degavimath and Shristi GS from Karnataka bagged three awards each in three events.
Renowned Hindustani classical singer Pandit M. Venkatesh Kumar was the chief guest at the function held on 20 February.
The event was attended by K. Prakash, Postmaster General, Karnataka Circle, Bengaluru, along with other senior officers of the Department of Posts.
