The countdown for the Kollam election results will begin on May 4 at 8 am, marking the start of counting for all 11 constituencies. The process will take place in two main locations: St. Aloysius and Christ Raj Higher Secondary School. A total of 1,125 employees were deployed for census duties in the district.
220 Counting Supervisors and 220 Counting Assistants have been appointed for Electronic Voting Machine (EVM) counting. 118 census supervisors and 229 census assistants were assigned to count postal and office ballots. Besides, 220 micro-observers will be stationed at the EVM tables, while 118 will supervise the postal and delivery polling tables.
