On Saturday, the Secretariat was held a key meeting of the selection committee for Lokayukta and UPA Lokayukt, attended by the main Minister A. Revanth Reddy, Vice -Chairman of the Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramark, lecturer Gaddam Prasad and the legislative Council Gutta Sukhander Reddy.
However, the leader of the opposition and the former Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao did not participate in the meeting, although he was officially informed. The Committee will hand over its recommendations to the Governor, who issues orders. There were also meetings for the State Commission for Human Rights and the Information Commission.
While the main minister is the chairman of the selection committees, the opposition leader is also a key member of the committee. Despite Mr. KCR’s absence, the government has decided to send the names of the Governor.
