Two rows of cement blocks increased by 10 inches above the ground and separated from vegetation linearly. A bunch of the same blocks awaited their line next to the excavator used when digging the ditch. These, along with piles of cement across the pedestrian track at regular intervals, suggest that the work was far from being completed inside the Brahmananda Reddy National Park.
The KBR National Park, designed as a clear refuge for wild animals in the center of the metropolis, is constantly displaced status into a routine pedestrian park, while hordes throw the soil twice a day and sends the diversity of wild animals inhabiting the park.
“We create separate stripes on both sides of the pedestrian track marked with these cement blocks where hedge plants can be grown. They will look beautiful and pedestrians will enjoy them,” said the head of the construction industry.
The flowering Duranta race, a flowering plant, can be seen how the track is lined in several places, giving an extraterrestrial touch of the park, where native species should be the only choice.
“They tried it before and failed, because the hedges cannot survive in the shadow of huge trees that have already lined on the way. Instead of forestry, the ministry carried out all these difficult activities to please VIP pedestrians,” Kobita Das, passionate science.
The cement barricade will bring several kinds of little life to misery because they cannot maneuver height, she emphasized.
“I had to physically lift the star turtle and recently place it on the other side of walking, because it was not able to climb through the curb,” Madan Saraf shared a regular sidewalk.
The country on the other side of walking was cleaned from plants and poured with sand in preparation for living plants. Písek brings along weeds, whose invasive growth prevents native varieties, which affects the biodiversity of the area, said Mrs. Das.
“The castings of earthworms that fertilized the soil were thrown away. The leaves that should be left by a mulch have been removed. The park is not controlled as a forest. It loses its character of wild animals and becomes a city pedestrian,” labeled Asheesh Pittie, known Birder.
Four gazebos, built two months ago, RUC for what the pampittie said, as in the open -air gym began seven years ago, against which several activists wrote to the Ministry of the Environment, Forest and Climate change, pointing out that such activities are not allowed inside the National Park under the wildlife Act (protection) of 1972.
The rocky waterfront, which holds tin pots, was placed on a thick attic layer extended on invaluable rock, an integral part of the jungle of scrubbing, which is the KBR park.
“They set everywhere, completely spoil the natural landscape. In the summer they dry the scrubbing of juices, which is natural. But the gaps are planted over the summer, changing the character of the earth. They should manage what it naturally exists, not to change it to a public park,” Mr. Pittie said.
Lakshmati Rao, who was entrusted with the KBR National Park, said that every proposal for work inside the park would receive approval to the Ministry of the Environment of the Union, Forest and Climate Change and the National Wild Animal Council. He said that work for the construction of curbs, gazebos and living plants also nodded the central government.
