VANDE BHARAT Express and USBRL special project

Last year, the MEM trains were successfully run in the Electrified Reasi – Sangaldan section.
Currently, train services in Kashmir Valley are only functional in the Sangaldan-Baramulla section, while Katra ends long distance trains.
Security reasons?
