The Princess of Wales arrived on Center Court alongside Prince William and their two eldest children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, marking her final appearance at this year’s tournament.

As Patron of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club, Kate has become one of the most recognizable figures at Wimbledon, with her fashion choices on court attracting almost as much attention as the tennis itself.

For the occasion, Kate chose a sage green wool crepe midi dress by Emilia Wickstead with a dramatic cape-style overlay and delicate ruffle detailing.

She teamed the look with brown Ralph Lauren pumps, a matching DeMellier handbag, Van Cleef & Arpels earrings and the iconic green-purple Wimbledon bow attached to her dress. Her hair was worn down in waves as Princess Charlotte complemented her mother in a sky blue dress.

This year, the look of the princess complemented her colorful Wimbledon wardrobe. She first attended the championships in a tailored periwinkle blue suit before opting for a bold red Roland Mouret dress in the women’s singles final.

Returning to Wimbledon green for the men’s final, Kate ended the tournament in a color long associated with the Championships and many of her previous appearances at SW19.

The Prince and Princess of Wales met backstage with tournament staff and players before taking their seats in the Royal Box. Kate also spent time speaking to British tennis player Arthur Fery during her visit, continuing her tradition of contact with competitors and those working at the Championships.

Kate has served as patron of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club since 2016, replacing Queen Elizabeth II in this role. Her annual appearance at Wimbledon has become one of the most anticipated matches on the royal calendar, with the princess regularly presenting trophies to the tournament’s champions and winning British tennis.
