“The inhabitants of the Kashmir Division in general and the people who are in areas susceptible to floods, susceptible to landslides and low -lying areas, are recommended that they stay the courage of the slopes and around them until the weather is improved,” he said.
“Tourists, shikaru operators, sand miners, and those working near Jhelum, other rivers, lakes and water bodies across Kashmir divisions, will not attempt to verify the prevailing conditions and the situation of these water units and their tributaries,” he added.
